the room was clean i guess.

i stayed several nights and the noise from the street was just awful i struggled to sleep because of people partying late. it feels like the sound proofing is very bad. the hotel has no parking i had to find a place nearby.

The location is superb, close to everything needed for exploring the area. Staff members were friendly and very helpful. They enhanced the stay. I found my room very clean, and it was clearly refurbished recently. I appreciated the views of the plaza and the illuminated fortress at night.

I noticed minimal soundproofing, and I could hear noise from the street.

great view nice space amazing location city center

i had a beautiful room. it offered a great view of the square and santa barbara castle. the rooftop area provided another nice space. the location was amazing for exploring the city center.

The elevator was small. It only fit two adults comfortably at a time. it also gave noticeable jolts upon arrival at each floor (a minor inconvenience).

The location was great because it was close to the beach and restaurants. The gym in the basement had equipment I could use. I had great views from my room as the hotel sits on a central square. The staff was helpful .
